Mission
Facilitate a safe space for individuals to heal from guilt, hurt, and shame. We normalize mental health and the multiple pathways to treatment to include support groups, education, and counseling.
Values
Imagine Me values equitable and culturally responsive content. We create and listen with the intent of understanding. We believe there is no change without challenge. Gentle pressure facilitates self-reflection and growth. We encourage grace and compassion over shame and self-deprecation. We embrace the beauty of imperfection and seek to broaden others' vision of who they can become. Furthermore, we encourage authenticity in a way that is unapologetic and real. We promote self-efficacy, the belief that you are capable of reaching your goals. Finally, improved self-image begins with
improved self-worth. Imagine Me wants you to see your value and love every part of yourself.
